Faedah garam bukan hanya dipakai untuk penyedap rasa satu masakan.
Manfaat serta kandungan garam bermanfaat untuk kesehatan badan.
Ini dapat dibuktikan sebab garam dapat menghambat bakteri serta virus yang masuk ke badan.
Ditambah lagi kombinasi air serta garam sudah dipakai sepanjang beratus-ratus tahun.
Diantaranya untuk kesehatan sisi mulut serta sakit tenggorokan.

Sakit tenggorokan
Air garam efisien untuk pilek atau flu yang membuat sakit tenggorokan mudah.
Tetapi jika telah makin kronis, seharusnya selekasnya tanyakan pada dokter, ya.
Kesehatan gigi
Air garam dapat keluarkan air serta bakteri sekaligus juga membuat perlindungan gusi, hingga obat kumur efisien tingkatkan kesehatan gigi serta gusi.
Tidak itu saja, air garam dapat juga menahan radang gusi, periodontitis, serta gigi berlubang.
Studi pada 2010 temukan jika memakai obat kumur air garam setiap hari menolong turunkan jumlahnya bakteri beresiko yang diketemukan di air liur.
Sariawan
Berkumur air garam dapat memudahkan sariawan dan bisul dalam mulut.
Nah, untuk bikin larutan air garam sendiri cukup gampang.
Triknya, campur seputar seperempat sampai 1/2 sendok teh garam ke 8 ons air.
Lantas, pakai larutan itu untuk berkumur 2x satu hari. Kita dapat juga memberikan tambahan larutan itu dengan madu serta lemon.
Sinus serta infeksi pernafasan
Riset sudah menunjukkan jika air garam dapat kurangi keparahan infeksi, baik infeksi virus atau infeksi bakteri.
Tidak itu saja, flu, pilek, radang tenggorokan, serta infeksi virus lewat air liur seperti epstein-barr atau mononukleosis dapat diredakan dengan air garam.
Satu riset pada 2013 mengenai cara mencegah flu nonmedis temukan jika obat kumur air garam lebih efisien menahan reinfeksi dibandingkan vaksinasi flu.
